Welcome to Milngavie
This path leads into the town centre from the railway station. The origin of the town's name is 'Mill o' Guy', and it is pronounced 'Mull-guy'. It is nowadays the starting point for the West Highland Way.

Welcome to the surgery
The door into Kersland House Surgery, Milngavie. The tiny 'WALK IN' sign on the door has been superseded by a very large graphic telling patients not to enter if they have any symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Patients now have to contact reception via an intercom and be 'buzzed' in.
