War memorial, Milngavie
Wreaths surround the base of the war memorial in Milngavie, the day after Remembrance Day. This year, due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, restrictions on outdoor gatherings meant most traditional parades and wreath-laying ceremonies at local war memorials were cancelled.

Milngavie in Bloom, who look after over 50 flower beds around Milngavie have produced a special 2020 Remembrance Garden. The poppies are actually knitted. A dedication by a local minister took place on 26th October.
