Corkerhill railway station, Glasgow
Opened in 1896 by the Glasgow & South Western Railway on its line from Glasgow to Elderslie via Paisley Canal, this station closed in 1983. It was reopened in 1990. The electrified line on the right is a headshunt from Corkerhill depot which is why that platform is unused. Taken just before all the lines were electrified - see Image] for a later view.
