Road beside Graving Dock No.3
There are three graving docks at Govan, which are together of international importance and are Category A listed https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB33336. The cobbled road runs along the quay between Graving Docks No.2 and No.3. Dock No.3 (on the right) dates from 1895-97 and is 270m long by 30m broad. It could accommodate two ships and remained in use until 1988. The Science Centre tower is in the distance.
