Coincidence?
A green and white striped 2014 Commonwealth Games banner outside The Hoops Bar which is a Glasgow Celtic supporter's haunt and which sports the same colour scheme. The gold banner adds to the (light hearted) conspiracy theory. Other banners elsewhere on Gallowgate are red and blue.
