A classical tenement block. The properties on the left of the smaller tree (26 and 32 Minerva Street) date from 1853 and are by Alexander Kirkland. They are Category B listed https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB33086. The property on the right (20 Minerva Street) is of a different design and dates from about 1856, and is probably also by Alexander Kirkland. The whole block to the right (8-20 Minerva Street and part of Argyle Street) is Category B listed https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB33085.
