Re-numbered platforms
Probably in preparation for the new Glasgow Airport Rail Link, Platforms 12 and 13 have been re-numbered to 14 and 15. 11a has also been renumbered to 12, there is apparently now no Platform 13.

Scotrail Class 380 train
Not yet released to service, this eight car electric unit has been running trials on the Ayrshire and Inverclyde lines which will be served by these new trains in the coming weeks. Platforms at stations on the served routes are currently being modified and lengthened in order to accept the new trains.
