Former North British and Mercantile Building
The upper of the three figures is St Andrew (complete with boat), by Archibald Dawson http://www.glasgowsculpture.com/pg_biography.php?sub=dawson_ac and is dated 1927. The lower pair of figures are Seafarer and Seafarer's Wife by Mortimer, Willison & Graham. These were added much later, in 1953 and reputedly feature the above Archibald Dawson and his wife Isa.
