Wind Power on Mitchell Street

This mural from Rogue-One and Art Pistol, was originally conceived
as a live installation as part of the Doors Open Day 2014 event and celebrates the diversity of sustainable energy production within the Glasgow area and Scotland nationally.
It has recently become slightly defaced by some scrawled RIP messages.

Descending The Lighthouse spiral staircase
Visitor access to the tower is from the Mackintosh exhibition on the 3rd floor; the climb to the viewing gallery is the equivalent of four more storeys. The steps are quite shallow and quite wide, and there are platforms at intervals, so the climb is easier than many staircases in churches and castles.
