This large office block is on the corner of Orchard Road and Richmond Road. It houses the St. Annes-on-Sea Jobcentre Plus. It provides both job search and benefits service for people of working age, who are looking for work or claiming benefits. The office serves St. Annes, Lytham and surrounding areas.
