Lancashire Coastal Way, Knott End-on-Sea
The green in front of the coastal houses near is private and each house has a sign relating to dogs and their owners.
"Please keep your owner on a lead."

Knott End-on-Sea is a village in Lancashire, England, situated on the southern side of Morecambe Bay, across the Wyre estuary from Fleetwood.

Shops in Lancaster Road, Knott End-on-Sea, Lancs
The shop nearest the camera at 22-24 Lancaster Road, is E F X, a beauty nails and tanning studio, and is on the corner of Lancaster Road and St. Bernard's Road. To the right at No. 20 is KT's Hair Studio Unisex, a hairdresser and to the right at No. 18 are offices which at the time the photo was taken were for sale. They had been occupied as a branch office of Inghams, a firm of solicitors with various offices in Blackpool, Fleetwood and elsewhere, but the branch had apparently closed.

Blackpool Transport bus No. 243 in Lancaster Road, Knott End-on-Sea, Lancs
This Optare Solo bus (registration YJ09 OTH) operated by Blackpool Transport is seen in Lancaster Road, passing the offices of Royale Estate Agents, on the corner of Lancaster Road and St. Bernard's Road. This 33 seat bus was new to Blackpool Transport in May 2009, and is seen here working on Route 2C to Blackpool town centre via Poulton-le-Fylde.

Knott End Library
The library at Knott End is set in a woodland off Lancaster road. According to the Wyre Council website https://www.wyre.gov.uk/directory_record/2386/knott_end_library -
"Planning application for Knott End library was submitted to Wyre Borough council in October 1969. It is thought the library was built around about the end of 1970 or 1971. The library was refurbished November 1994. The lighting was upgraded with a new ceiling, a new carpet was laid and the pinnacle in the roof was enclosed to prevent heat loss.
The original library was housed in the old cinema called the Verona. There was one room for the library, and no staff amenities. To go to the toilet, the library had to be closed and staff would then dash across the road to the public toilets. The building is now the squash club."
