Parking at the north end of Seasiders Way, Blackpool
Looking south on a sunny Monday in April. Seasiders Way is a long access road with parking for visitors on four wheels; it runs some 300-500 metres back from the main seafront Promenade A584. Gerald England adds "This is on the site of the former Central Station".

Foxhall Road
This section of Foxhall Road between Yorkshire Street and York Street includes on the right, Designs Leisure Imports, a tattoo parlour, Odds & Sods, The Ardwick (a former Cains pub - previously Tetleys - which closed in 2008 but has since reopened under new management), Cottage Cafe, New Hong Kong Chinese takeaway and Foxhall Market.
The scaffolding on the left is outside the rear of the Carousel Amusement Arcade.
