Burnside Cottage
Situated at the fork in the road between the old bridge (parapet just visible in bottom left corner) and the 'new' (1964) bridge to the right lies this aptly named house beside the 'burn'.
Formerly owned by my grandparents and full of happy memories.

Gargunnock Church
This church in the attractive village of Gargunnock dates from 1774 but was built on older foundations. Amongst notable features it has three sets of outside stone stairs each leading to its own gallery within the church. Two of which can be seen here. Obviously they were for the sole use of the families of three leading landowners to prevent them associating with the common folk below! There is also an interesting bell-cote and cock weathervane.

Sundial Gargunnock churchyard
Looking down from above on the dial of the sundial located to the east of the church in Gargunnock churchyard. I was particularly taken by the sentiments expressed in the inscription around the edge. As may also be seen this sundial was presented anonymously in 1974 to mark the bi-centenary of the church.
