Airth Mercat Cross
Airth lies on the river Forth between Stirling and Grangemouth and much of it consists of late 19th and 20th Century housing there are still some older parts like the old High Street in which can be seen the Mercat Cross which was erected in 1697 and is approximately 17ft high including its base.
