Ruined stile, Glen Ogle
The path up Glen Ogle is described on an interpretation board in Lochearnhead as easy. Unfortunately it is neglected and probably untouched since the floods of 2004, or when the bankers took all the money. This stile has lost its rungs and the easiest way to deal with the fence is to use the dog flap underneath. Elsewhere it is muddy, boggy or overgrown with trees. At least the bit north of this stile is friendly.

The trail on the east side of the glen is a pleasant narrow path gradually gaining height through woods and farmland, here crossing the Allt na Gallanaich.
