Old milepost
This post is on the A84 at the east end of Callander near the cemetery. Over years since it was set up in the late 19C the pavement has been built up around this Grangemough casting. Now only 70cm are above ground level.

Balgibbon house, next door to the ruins
Balgibbon house or farmstead? At the end of track leading up from A84. It backs on to Callander golf course. If you look at right hand side you'll see the sheep. Maybe they are used to keep the grass shorter in the rough?
