Bank Street, Alloa
The former Burgh Chambers on the left were built in 1873-4 and are Category C listed. There is a Corinthian column porch with large coat of arms above [https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6159342]. To the left of this is the Category B listed Mercat Cross, possibly of 17th century date, but much reconstructed and restored, and not at its original site. In the distance is the former Chalmers Church, now Alloa's Cinema.

Junction of Bank Street and Coalgate, Alloa
The older, Category C listed property is 1-3 Coalgate, dating from the mid-18th century, altered in about the 1840s to a shop. A thin sliver of the original neighbouring property has survived between it and the modern house and opening on the left.
