The building at the end of the street is 18-22 Bank Street, dates from the 1840s and was originally the Commercial Bank. It is now occupied by Jardine Donaldson, Solicitors and Notaries. It is Category C listed.

Alloa mercat cross, Bank Street
The shaft belongs to the original cross. The base and ornamental figure are later replacements.

Bank Street, Alloa
The former Burgh Chambers on the left were built in 1873-4 and are Category C listed. There is a Corinthian column porch with large coat of arms above [https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6159342]. To the left of this is the Category B listed Mercat Cross, possibly of 17th century date, but much reconstructed and restored, and not at its original site. In the distance is the former Chalmers Church, now Alloa's Cinema.

Former Gas Showroom, Coalgate, Alloa
This is the end of a large building, here facing onto Coalgate, and looking up Stripehead. The building also faces onto Bank Street, which was the 'public frontage'. The building dates from 1935-38 and is Category B listed [http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB20982].
