The cyclepath which follows the route of the old GWR line reaches Eastern Avenue

Eastern Avenue where the Great Western Railway once ran
At the time of the railway this road didn't exist and the track followed the route of the present road for some miles. There was also a branch line to the right, about where the oncoming vehicle is, which travelled around to the Barnstaple Junction Station.
