In the lower right quarter is a new housing development near Mead Park consisting of Sea King Close and Penhill View. Above this stretching from the far right almost to the left are new houses on The Old Bideford road. At the far left are the roof tops of buildings on the Roundswell Business Park.

Two footpaths, one leading to Mead Park, the other to Bickington Lodge
Bickington Lodge is now a housing estate. Formerly it was a single private residence. In Whites directory of 1878 this is recorded: "Bickington Lodge, standing in pleasant grounds of about 4 acres, is the seat and property of Lieut. J B Irving, who purchased it in 1877 and restored it at great expense."
