Riversmeet House hides between a high wall and substantial gates at the southern tip of Topsham; the rivers that meet close to here are the Exe and Clyst.

Riversmeet House - wall, gazebo and River Exe
The Exe is visible straight ahead and round to the left, out of sight, it is joined by the Clyst - hence 'Riversmeet'. Round to the right is Goat Walk that runs along the river's edge back to Topsham.
