Railway viaduct, Exeter
The car park for Image extends under the arches of the main line. The train is approaching St Thomas station, but won't be stopping until it gets to St Davids, a mile further on.

Imperial China, Exeter
Previously ticket office for Exeter St Thomas station opened on 30 May 1846 by South Devon Railway. Entrance to the platform for trains to Paignton is now on the right of the restaurant. www.imperialchinarestaurant.co.uk

Southbound platform at Exeter St Thomas
Unlike its larger and more famous neighbour St Davids, St Thomas station in Exeter is a minor local halt on a viaduct. Nowadays it has only a simple shelter on this southbound platform, and not even a ticket machine.
