Semi detached villas in Wonford Road
This pair of houses is directly opposite a similar pair Image and they were formerly known as villas. This pair have plaster eagles on the roofline, and in the valley between, a plaster rabbit has been added. The rabbit does not appear in a photograph included in the Exeter Civic Society guidebook of 1982.

This pair of houses were originally named "villas". The eagles on the frontage are original, and other examples are found elsewhere in Exeter. The small rabbit, on the low wall between the gables, is a later addition.
