Exeter: Cathedral and Quay Car Park
At the top of the car park, on level 9. The staircase in the tower leads out onto the original city wall built by the Romans in the second century AD. A footbridge takes pedestrians over the ring road – Western Way – to South Street and the Cathedral

Colleton Villa

Colleton Chambers
Also known as Colleton Villa, this is the facade that looks out over the Exe and Exeter Quay. The balcony is curious, extending either side of the central bay window. I suspect that it is decorative, and therefore a balconette.

Colleton Villa, Friars Gate, Exeter
Quite a grand affair, a detached villa set back slightly and flanked by screen walls. Originally c1830, though Pevsner states that it was "rebuilt and extended in 1980". Grade II listed.
