Nanny Moore's Bridge, Bude
Now a footbridge over the River Neet, but originally also for packhorses and carts. The section on the left can be lifted to allow the passage of boats. The bridge was formerly known as Bude Bridge, and led to Efford Mill, a tide-mill built in the late 16C by the Arundells of Trerice. Nanny Moore's bridge, Bude
Spanning the River Neet, this footbridge bridge dates from the 18th century, possibly earlier, and was Grade II listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101141818-nanny-moores-bridge-bude-stratton#.WjoQpvBl-M8 in 1985. The name is in honour of a lady who lived nearby.
