Tiverton : Fore Street, The Proclamation of the Fair
An annual event where the mayor (here it's Paul Graham) thrown pennies on the floor and primary school children from across the town scramble to pick it up.
It used to be, that the mayor threw it up in the air, but health and safety means that they can no longer do it this way.
