Former workers' housing, Heathcoat Square, Tiverton
Built for John Heathcoat's lace mill this is one of two three storey rows in Heathcoat Square. One source claims that these have flats for single workers above two storey houses although another book suggests the upper floor was for outworking. The two rows face each other across gardens.
