Lane junction near Twistgates Farm
The lane to Highley Farm is joined by Twistgates Lane on the left. It then crosses a minor tributary of the Otter and passes Highley Covert. The warning sign indicates a temporary road surface. On the right is an entrance to Twistgates Farm.

View across the Otter Valley
Taken very early at dawn just as the sun was rising. The mist still lies in the valley with the wooded slopes of Beacon Hill beyond. The prominent farm in the right centre is Tiphayes Farm with Charleshayes cottage to its left and slightly lower down.
