Stockland Hill transmitter
Television transmitter mast, 228m tall. Originally built for ITV's 405 line service it now transmits digital television and FM radio.
This was the first transmitter mast that I visited today, the other was Ashkirk in Selkirkshire.

Stockland Hill Transmitting Station
Stockland Hill transmitter (and its 24 relays) serve Exeter, parts of Devon, Somerset and Dorset. The Stockland Hill transmitter provides 120,000 homes with digital TV (in 2011). This picture was taken at sunset.
