The Fountain Head pub in Branscombe. A superb little pub and well worth seeking out. Next doors cat can often be seen asleep in the pub.

Thatched cottages, Street
"These cottages form part of an exceptionally attractive group of traditional thatch-roofed buildings which make up the hamlet of Street" http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1104134&searchtype=mapsearch . The uniformity of the recent thatching makes this look like a single property, and according to that listed building description it was, from the C16 to the C19. It's now divided into three. This view is from Branscombe Footpath 7.
