Ottery St. Mary: a tight squeeze in Gold Street
A large bus, bound for Axminster, negotiates the very narrow stretch of Gold Street as it heads out of the town centre. The moment was not helped in that it coincided with a car turning out of the turning to the right, otherwise the red car would have been able to get out of the way rather more quickly.
The narrow stretch is quite short; in the shop window immediately to the left of the bus, we can see the reflection of a white car which waits for the bus to pass.
