This pub no longer exists, closed in 1983, but with great help from the staff at Sidmouth Tourist Information Centre they gave me the name of the street (Chapel Street) and Street View has picture of this building that is now a private residence, the house to the left is Osbourne House. Thanks also to Tim, Bob and Jim for being there, great holiday.

Sidmouth Toy and Model Museum
Originally the Sidmouth United Reformed Church was founded in the 1840s and the church opened in 1846. It later became the United Reformed Church but by the 2010s it was clear that the congregation had dwindled badly and so the place was put out to tender. Rebecca and Ian Gregory took it over and spent time renovating the interior and repairing the exterior, opening as a museum in 2020. It now houses a wide variety of childhood memories with names such as Corgi, Dinky and Tri-ang, and has lots of displays of trains sets, bears and the like. It also has exhibits from Star Wars and Harry Potter films.
