Bowd Court farmhouse
Grade II listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101333817-bowd-farmhouse-sidmouth#.WX7bK4QrKM9 in 1973, the large thatched farmhouse dates from the 17th or 18th Century, and forms part of a group with the pub on the other side of the road, plus a barn and wall in the farmyard.
