Prominent is Lea Valley Church. This grade II listed building was built as a Methodist chapel, then became a Roman Catholic church, and now a church affiliated to the UK Assemblies of God (A.O.G.) and also a member of the Evangelical Alliance.

Unusual cycle rack
This cycle rack on Quaker Lane, Waltham Abbey appears to be operated by lockable bars through the frame of the bike, while the wheels sit in a metal channel. Very secure except that a cable lock would still be needed to prevent the wheels being removed.
