New building by Victoria Dock
It looks as if it might be a small housing block on what was derelict land by Ocean Drive, just across from Ocean Terminal; in the past it has been used as a car park and housed the circus. I can't find any information on the City of Edinburgh planning portal about what it might be.

Waterfront Plaza, Leith
A new housing development on Ocean Drive, a multistorey block - quaintly called 'colony apartments'; not sure who the colonists will be? Probably not the 'artisans, mechanics and other workers that the original Victorian Edinburgh Colonies' were built for. Handy for the Ocean Terminal shopping centre just beyond!

Leith Skyliner Piling Works
A reciprocal view of Image https://s1developments.com/skyliner/. The site information notice says that the main works are:-
Installation of new sheet pile quay wall approx. 108m in length.
Demolition of existing timber jetty
Backfill will be placed behind the front wall, to a level that will be agreed but below tie bar level, near MHWS.
Anchor Piles and waling [sic?] beam and anchor ties will be installed and fully connected.
Up fill to final level behind the wall.
Construct concrete coping above sheet pile wall.
The information notice also states:-
Commencement - August 2018
Completion - December 2018
