Lufra Bank
A short stretch of road connecting Granton Road with Granton View and Place. An odd name, not mentioned in 'The Streets of Edinburgh'. The steamship 'LUFRA', built in Hartlepool in 1881 disappeared after leaving Cardiff bound for Genoa with a load of coal in 1888, and was presumed lost, but I found no reference to a Scottish connection. Most other Googling results referred to hotels in Australia.

Granton Harbour from Granton Road
The view across the houses on Lower Granton Road to the Eastern Breakwater of Granton Harbour. The houses in the foreground are on Lower Granton Road and the view here is of the rear of these properties. The back gardens have a steep incline and are difficult to maintain (but who needs an attractive back garden when you look out on the Forth and over to Fife).
