Whitburn Miner's Welfare
West Main Street, Whitburn.

Update, June 2011
The Miner's Welfare building, a former cinema suffered a minor fire in 1985 and was totally destroyed by another more serious fire on 27th June 2011. Sadly, all that's left is the front facade. (many thanks to Andrew MacKinnon for the update)

Whitburn From Tippethill
View of Whitburn From Tippethill. The distant ridgeline, was previously broken by the leftover bings from the former Polkemmet Colliery, these have been removed and the Whitburn skyline is much more natural, although a small bing on the Harthill to Fauldhouse road can be seen at the extreme right centre of the picture.
