SEPA River calibration
SEPA staff calibrating their East Linton level gauge with a tethered boat and flow measuring kit during a river spate. Life jackets and waders were also in use. The boat can be traversed across the river section from the telepherique spanning the river.

A199 road bridge over River Tyne at East Linton
A199 was the A1 until the dual carriageway section was built from Haddington to Dunbar. East Linton and St. Andrews church visible in background. Otters have been spotted in the river.
