Birthplace of James Clerk Maxwell, Edinburgh
A plaque outside no.14 India Street in the Edinburgh New Town. The house was built in 1820 by James's father John. It is now a museum run by the James Clerk Maxwell Foundation. See Image by Ronnie Leask for a view of the house front.
