Former 'Colony Shop', Glenogle Road
One of the former shops that served the population of the Stockbridge 'colonies' - workers' dwellings built by the Edinburgh Co-operative Building Company, established in 1861. It was known as 'Harvey's', 'Elmslie's', 'Linton's' and 'Kelly's', after its various owners. The original roof has been altered.
