East Lothian Townscape : Residential Refinement at the Junction of Hill Road and Sandy Loan, Gullane
This is a seriously high-class neighbourhood. The house glimpsed here appears to have a touch of the minor English country house about it - as though the designer has studied his Lutyens, Voysey and other architects of that ilk.

Orienteering, Gullane
Just leaving the start. Gullane has been used since 1979, but the map is much smaller now due to the loss of the woodland at Archerfield to golf.

Hopetoun Terrace, Gullane
A cul de sac for vehicles but there is a useful path to Gullane Bents and the beach. Parking is prevented between April and September, but outwith those times, this is a good place to avoid East Lothian Council's beach parking charges.
