Three Craws
Once upon a time there were three crows on a wall by Eskbank Toll. But, since this photograph was taken, the crow on the right has disappeared (for a distant view, see Image). According to some versions of the song, the third craw fell an' broke his jaw - but, whether or not that's what happened, it's clear now that he isnae there at a'.
