Eskside House and Gazebo, Musselburgh
The octagonal gazebo, built in 1776, actually predates the house. The house was built in 1819 for Capt John Horne, 42nd Regiment of Foot, and used as
North Esk Church Manse from 1897-1969.

Brunton Theatre
Closed, almost a year before the shambolic closure of many school buildings in England and Wales on the eve of a new term due to structural issues related to a type of concrete (RAAC). A nearby school, Preston Lodge had parts closed, but with notice so that pupils could, controversially, be relocated with prior planning.
