Investing in new homes for Edinburgh - creating communities
Hyvots Phase 5 - part of the regeneration of the Hyvots Bank area of Edinburgh - this a £6.1 million project to create 60 affordable homes is funded by the City of Edinburgh Council, the Scottish Government and investment from Dunedin Canmore. Note the solar panels being incorporated into the roofs.

The area is being redeveloped, but slowly - see a picture of the same area from almost 2 years ago Image Edinburgh Castle is in the distance to the left [6.3km away] and Salisbury Crags and Arthur's Seat a bit nearer on the right [5km].
