Gracemount housing association houses
Houses built since 2000 - a mixture of social rented and for sale. The photo is taken from open ground neighbouring Gracemount flats which are due to be demolished in 2009. The replacement homes are planned to be part of a new wave of council-built houses and are to be a mixture of for sale, market rent and affordable rent (as reported in the Evening News Jan 7 2009).

Gracemount House
Georgian mansion dating from around about 1800 added to and altered around 1890 and again about 1930. Gracemount Youth and Community Centre opened here in 1964.
