Figure in a Landscape
A modest plaque nearby tells me that this, one of several artworks commissioned by the City of Edinburgh District Council in 1994 and scattered about the parking area at the Gyle Centre, is called 'Figure in a Landscape' and is by Sylvia Stewart.
