Sunday, Sighthill, Hermiston Court No More
Taken on Sunday afternoon from the same spot as http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2629779 - Hermiston Court is no sadly just a pile of rubble. The sound of the explosion that brought the 3 tower blocks down reached me as I ran past Barnton golf course over 3 miles away and the other side of Corstorphine Hill.

The Sighthill multistoreys loom out of the mist
As seen from a plane on approach to Edinburgh, with the Pentland Hills beyond. Low cloud wreathes Edinburgh at a balmy 5C, after a month of frost, so that any moisture in the warmer air condenses to mist.

Low-rise flats at Sighthill Wynd
Unoccupied and boarded up. Adjacent to the Sighthill tower blocks to be demolished on 25 September. These will presumably go at a later date.
