Covered Passageway between Minories and Vine Street
Minories is now a wide highway that got its name from the young nuns "Sorores minores" (Little Sisters) of an abbey of nuns of the order of St. Clare.
Vine Street is a narrow cobbled street, which in ancient times was said to be a vineyard.

Fenchurch Street station
Taken from the platform of the DLR terminus at Tower Gateway, this shows the mouth of Fenchurch Street station. In spite of its apparent proximity, the absence of a direct bridge or walkway means it takes a full seven minutes to walk from where the photographer is standing to the Fenchurch Street platforms.
