Junction of Great St Helen's and St Mary Axe
The Helen in question being the mother of Emperor Constantine. There was botha parish church and a Benedictine nunnery here. The church is now celebrated for its evangelical work and attracts many city workers as well as tourists, eager to learn about nearby residents William Shakespeare, Thomas Gresham and Sir John Crosby.
