Boris's Bikes - Leonard Circus (Shoreditch)
One of over 300 docking stations for the recently launched cycle hire scheme in Central London. In mid-afternoon all of the bikes have migrated to this site. After 5pm the bikes will be taken away for the evening commute. This is typical for the other central locations. http://www.soi.city.ac.uk/~sbbb717/tfl_bikes/?id=32

Telephone House, Paul Street
Shiny glass and steel box, the elevations completely flush. It was built in 1963 and used to be BT offices. No doubt its shininess is a result of a recent refurbishment.

Whitfield Tabernacle, Moorfields
A cyclist makes his way along Tabernacle Street. The Tabernacle was named after George Whitefield (the name seems to have changed over time) co-founder of the Methodist movement, who died in 1741. Beside the old Tabernacle, a pair of telephone engineers can be seen working. See Image by Dr. Neil Clifton for the view from Leonard Street.
